Refund Policy

At RailFix, every piece is custom-made and carefully crafted to order.

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

Custom personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Please allow production times of 1–3 weeks depending on product demand and customization requirements.
